the 3-step routine that has kept my pregnant bump silky-smooth

Let me start by saying: stretch marks are such a stunningly beautiful sign of pregnancy and motherhood, and there is nothing to be ashamed of if you have them.
On the other hand, however, you also shouldn't be ashamed of trying your hardest to keep them at bay throughout your own journey — and I personally wanted to do just that.
If you're similarly looking for the perfect bump-care routine, look no further than my own three-step routine that has kept my belly looking silky-smooth and sans any stretch marks (at least so far).
my 3-step bump-care routine
Admittedly, I've been pretty lax when it has come to my pregnancy skin routine — and even more so when it comes my belly-care. Though as my bump has begun to grow at an increasingly rapid rate in the third trimester, I figured it was about time I curated the perfect routine.
In it's exact order, here is what I've used every single night:

the formula
Made specifically for stretch marks and scars, this lush oil is the perfect first step in any bump-care routine. Enriched with vitamins A and E as well as chamomile and lavender oils, a little goes a long way in coating your entire belly (and chest and bum, which Scarlett Johansson once told me in an interview is her ultimate pregnancy tip).
Next up, I typically apply this decadent, fragrance-free balm right on top of the oil. Formulated with aloe, mango seed, and cocoa seed butters, it truly elevates the moisture factor on a deep level.
While this luxe buttery cream is chiefly marketed as a rich "skin-slugging" essential for your nighttime face routine, it also so happens to be the ideal final step in any bump-care routine, too, as it's made to lock-in hydration for hours on end. I've been applying this all over my body before bedtime (which has saved my clothes and sheets from getting too much oil on them, as well).
the vibe
As a typically "less is more" kind of skincare girly, this powerful three-step routine has been a total must throughout my first pregnancy. I promise: it's worth the hype.
